as you are eliminating a rubber OEM piece whose sole purpose is to dampen said vibration, along with having a needle bearing instead of the stock plastic and the rubber bushings on the stock shifter bracket. However, if you are experiencing "rattling" as in the shifter moving back and forth more than half a cm, then you may have worn out mounts. The obvious would be install error. The Z1 shifter kits come with detailed instructions, so double check your torques on all bolts/nuts. The shifter through bolt and nut should only be tightened snug btw, if thats what youre referring to by "pin bolt".
